The third European Symposium on Time Series Prediction (TSP) is a new event in the fields of neural networks, statistics and Econometrics. This time, it will be held in Otaniemi, which is about 9 kilometers from Helsinki, the capital of Finland. Contributions are welcome!

In order to organize the reviewing for the papers, please submit your Title and Abstract by September 15th. The final paper should be submitted before the deadline of October 1st.

The prediction competition will start on October 1st, and deadline for submission of results is November 1st. The goal of the competition is the long-term prediction of 3 Time Series.

Please note that in order to participate to the competition, a paper has to be submitted to ESTSP 2010. But in order to submit a paper, it is not mandatory to participate to the competition! All papers related to the time series prediction are welcome! (see scope and topic for details)

Proceedings and journal special issue

The proceedings will include all communications presented to the conference (tutorials, oral and posters), and will be available on-site. Extended versions of selected papers will be published in the Neurocomputing journal (Elsevier).

The ESTSP 2010 conference will be held in Dipoli in Otaniemi. Otaniemi is at about 9 kilometers from Helsinki near the southern coast of Finland. The conference facilities have been recently renovated to meet the demands of modern conferences.

Aalto University of Technology is the top-level university in Finland, for both education and research. The ESTSP 2010 is organized by the Adaptive Informatics Research Centre from the Department of Information and Computer Science (ICS) of Aalto University of Technology.The Adaptive Informatics Research Centre is a Centre of Excellence of the Academy of Finland. Aalto University of Technology is located in Espoo.
