University fees are applicable to members of academic and teaching institutions. Please notice that a student fee registration requires a confirmation of the student's status (e.g. fax copy of student ID).
Advance registration is mandatory.
Authors of accepted papers must register before December 1st, 2009; their payment must be received by this date. One author registration will guarantee the publication of at most one accepted paper. If the same author presents several papers, a supplementary publication fee of 225 euros is due for each supplementary paper.

- Admission to all conference sessions
- Copy of ESTSP'10 conference proceedings
- Daily lunches and coffee breaks (February 3-5th)
- Get together reception on Wednesday (February 3rd)
- Cross-country/Sauna/Lake event and conference banquet on Thursday (February 4th)
- Conference bag
The fee for accompanying persons includes
- Get together reception on Wednesday
- Cross-country/Sauna/Lake and conference banquet dinner on Thursday
The fees do not include accommodations.
